Samsung Galaxy TabPro S (review)

Samsung’s Galaxy TabPro S (GTS) is one of the first serious contenders in the Windows 10, two-in-one, hybrid, detachable tablet space, until now the domain of Microsoft’s Surface range.

The Australian tablets market suffered another hefty drop in 2015, declining 18.5%. Research firm Telsyte has released its latest study of the shrinking tablets market in Australia, with Apple and Microsoft ‘set to battle it out for touch screen device dominance’ in 2016 as the two-in-one market emerges.

iPad Pro is just a companion device

Apple introduced a 12.9” iPad Pro with optional Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard – it’s a lovely, well made iOS tablet. Microsoft introduced the updated 12” Surface Pro 4 and the 13.5” Surface Book – again lovely, well, made Windows hybrid 2-in-1 tablets.
